Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before enrolling in or accessing The Fashion School Accelerator program. By submitting an application, making a payment, or participating in the program in any way, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not enroll.

01About the Program

The Fashion School Accelerator is an intensive, cohort-based mentorship program designed to help aspiring fashion designers build a portfolio for admission to top fashion schools worldwide. The program is offered by Sophie Theallet and operated by her team (collectively referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the Program”).

The program includes live calls with Sophie Theallet and her team, portfolio reviews, direct feedback, and supporting materials. The exact schedule, format, and content are subject to reasonable variation at our discretion based on cohort needs.

02Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment in the program is by application only. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion.

To be eligible, you must:

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed payment arrangement. Spots are limited and are allocated on a first-confirmed basis.

03Payment Terms

Program fees are communicated to accepted applicants prior to enrollment confirmation. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment is processed securely through one of our supported platforms: Stripe, Whop, or Fanbasis. By completing a payment through any of these platforms, you authorize the full program fee to be charged.

Where payment plans are offered, each installment is due on the agreed schedule. Failure to complete installment payments may result in suspension from the program, and amounts already paid are non-refundable.

04Refund Policy

Due to the limited cohort size and the preparation time invested by Sophie and her team ahead of every session, we maintain the following refund policy:

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to leon@sophietheallet.com before your first call begins. We do not issue refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction with the subjective quality of feedback, failure to gain school admission, or personal scheduling conflicts that arise after the first call.

05Program Participation

You agree to show up to scheduled sessions prepared, on time, and in good faith. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the program without refund if their conduct is disruptive, disrespectful, or otherwise incompatible with a productive group environment.

Sessions are not guaranteed to be recorded. Any recordings that are made are for internal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or published without written consent.

06Intellectual Property

All program materials, feedback, frameworks, curricula, and content provided by Sophie Theallet and her team are the exclusive intellectual property of the Program. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any program materials without prior written consent.

Your own creative work and portfolio content remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership over anything you create. By sharing your work with us during the program, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it for internal educational purposes and, with your explicit consent, for promotional testimonials.

07No Guarantee of Admission

While we work with every participant to produce the strongest possible portfolio, we make no guarantee of admission to any fashion school or program. Admissions decisions are made independently by each institution and are outside our control. Our commitment is to give you the best preparation possible — your outcome depends on your work, your effort, and your school’s criteria.

08Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Program, Sophie Theallet, and her team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in or inability to participate in the program, including but not limited to lost opportunities, rejection from schools, or any reliance on advice received during the program.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.

09Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify the program format, schedule, and content at our discretion. In the event of a significant change that materially affects your enrollment, we will notify you with reasonable advance notice and offer a pro-rated refund if appropriate.

In the rare event that a cohort must be cancelled by us, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to roll over to the next cohort.

10Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Montreal, Quebec.
